Eating Healthy; a Pragmatic Approach

  • Posted on July 29, 2012 at 2:37 am

It has been over 25 years, since I have been taking push-ups five days a week. I have strong arms, but it was not an overnight miracle. It's not like that I did push-ups for a few weeks or months and stopped it altogether. It had to be one of my habits to do push-ups, if I wanted to maintain the result I got. Same is the case of eating healthy food. Eating healthy food once a while, won't make you healthy. It has be your habit to eat healthy food to keep up nutritional health. When people read or view anything on healthy food habits or nutrition, they excitedly jump over the trend of healthy eating. These reading will surely give you a detailed list of the food that makes you healthy, but you don't learn how to make it a habit to eat healthy. So, people tend to pull back their hands to the old unhealthy food, after a period of time.

How is habit defined? According to Webster's dictionary a habit is "a behavior pattern acquired by frequent repetition or physiologic exposure that shows itself in regularity or increased facility of performance."Do you think applying this definition into our life will lead us to take only good food to get a wonderful health?

Unsound eating habits

Development of unsound eating habit doesn't happen overnight. It starts developing as a habit for many people from childhood itself. Therefore, it becomes very difficult to change this habit as people have been following it for many years and is a part of their lifestyle.

Why do we need to eat?

We eat food for two main reasons. First reason is to provide fuel to our body and the second one is for delight. Alas, most of the food which provides us delight, does not provide health. People usually go for food, according to how it looks, tastes and smells. Read these three sentences: "That pie sure looks good! That pie sure smells good! That pie sure tastes good!" All the three sentences have food and delight. Nevertheless, the food that produces delight (the pie) doesn't surely give you health from another viewpoint. So, we have to be smart enough in selecting our food and should not plainly go with our senses.

You can eat healthy and enjoy at the same time

It is usually believed that healthy eating is boring and tasteless. According to me, this feeling comes because people get to see innumerable commercial ads for foods with high calories, fats or sugar and see only a few on fruits, vegetables, grains and beans. But we don't have a nutrition education class, so as to make people aware that healthy eating can be delightful and tasteful.

My life became healthier with my healthy eating habits

In 1998, my wife at last talked to me about going to a doctor for a checkup. But I was not sick; however she said it is good to take an annual checkup. I am grateful to God that I listened to her.

In life, I have been very active. In a week, I cover 18 miles running. Therefore, I was not expecting the bad news the doctor gave me when I went to him. I had borderline diabetes. Not treating diabetes can be highly dangerous. In United States, Diabetes is one the most common reason of death.  Diabetes, a pancreas disease, stops the body to produce insulin that regulates the blood sugar level.

Doctor did not feel a need to put me on medication, but he suggested me to take up some reading on healthy eating. This was the beginning to my healthy lifestyle that tremendously changed my health condition altogether. Today, I am very healthy and I can confidently say that. I feel great, I can sleep well, people say I look much younger than my age, I weigh healthy, I don't take any medicines, I have normal blood pressure, normal blood sugar, normal cholesterol level, I have good immunity, the list does not end.

Good health makes us feel really great and I am thankful to God. But, I don't believe that it's because of chance, I have become healthy. I believe the reason behind my health is because I took responsibility of my health. This responsibility includes making healthy eating a habit. There are certain laws for our physical bodies which are ruled by proper nutrition. Eating unhealthy food regularly is disobeying the body laws, that makes you sick.

Tips for Health, Fitness, and Weight Loss with Jogging

  • Posted on May 29, 2012 at 8:10 am

If you are looking for a safe, natural way to work out, you can't go wrong with running or jogging. Nearly every culture has been using running for exercise for centuries, way before there were ever health gyms or elliptical machines. But today obesity has become a big problem and people are having problems because of it, and running can be a terrific way to get our waistlines back. We will be looking at some ways to get the most from running.

Your footwear is extremely important when running or jogging. Also be sure to wear thick socks made for athletic shoes. Jogging is very beneficial in many ways, but it also creates impact on the feet and ankles, and if you don't have good running shoes, you risk a variety of problems. Ideal running shoes will fit your feet well and are comfortable to wear, and will need to be replaced as soon as they start to wear out. To make sure you get the best shoes for you, try out several styles and brands. You can get blisters and are more prone to sprains if your shoes don't fit well or are in bad condition. When it comes to jogging, your shoes are your only significant expense, and you have to pay attention to them if you care about your feet.

Jogging can be an enjoyable activity but it's still a good idea to study the many health benefits it offers. This helps to keep you motivated on days when you don't really feel like going out and running. If you remain consistent, jogging can be great way to lose weight.

Jogging will also help keep your bones strong and is great for cardiovascular health. The runner's high is another benefit of jogging because jogging releases endorphins. So, if you are feeling depressed and don't want to go running, that is the best to go because it'll help you feel better.

It's a good bet that you're running or jogging routine is borne from your desire to become healthier, and you also probably want to lose some fat, also. If you want to get the full benefits of running, you also have to watch your diet. When you eat a clean diet, you will not only drop those pesky pounds, but you'll also have all the fuel you need to get through your run. When you include more natural foods in your diet, you will find that you don't feel sluggish like you do when you eat bad foods. By cutting back on your calories, and avoiding too many sweets and junk foods, you are giving your body better fuel that it needs to exercise. You will feel great, and you will shed fat in the process. In closing, use these running techniques that you just learned about to remain as fit as possible and to keep your motivation up so that you never stray from your running routine plan. Remember, if you want to get healthier by running, you have to make it a regular part of your life. So make sure you are smart about your running routine so that you can continue as long as possible and so that you're not derailed by an injury.

Health, Fitness & Anti Aging

  • Posted on May 29, 2012 at 3:17 am

As the human lifespan lengthens, we have to think of new ways of aging. We will start to experience new things in our lives, and we will want to start to confide in pros if we feel our relationships with our partners, families and friends start to have barriers. We will want to continue to learn and to develop new interests. We don?t ever want to forget that the heart is also the symbol of what makes life worthwhile, in addition to keeping us going.

The decisions you will make today, and whatever you do this year will possibly halt or even reverse many common signs of aging. By this time next year you have the chance to be in great shape, and have more energy than you did 10 years ago, plus having fewer aches and pains than now. But you need to be aware of what those decisions should be.

We realize now, that there are actually 3 different ages:

Chronological age ? The total number of your birthdays.

Biological age ? What is the actual age of your body systems? Is your heart that of a young person? Or is stiff and laboring like someone with a lot more birthdays than you? How about your brain? Is it swift and able to rebound quickly? How is your memory? Or is your brain slower than someone half again your years? There numerous things you can possibly do that will help make a big difference biologically. These are the keys to the 'Ageless Aging' that you have probably heard of.

Psychological age ? this is the actual age that you feel you have reached? Some people feel like 70 when they?re only 50, while others in their 80?s act and feel like they?re still in their 60?s There are lots of things a person can do to feel years younger than they are. Research now shows that feeling better about your lot in life not only can affect your biological age, but even affects your chronological age.

Something new is now beginning to take place in the world of anti-aging. Doctors, who once considered naturopaths, osteopaths and others who first populated modern anti-aging as ?loony?, and whom they often called carnival barkers, are fast becoming anti-aging practitioners and offering patients treatments such as human growth hormone, testosterone, special diet and exercise regimens, antioxidants and hundreds of other supplements, thus hinting at the possibility of the ?fountain of youth?, so to speak.

One emergency room physician based in Northern California follows the movement closely by frequently attending anti-aging meetings and talking to friends in the field. He has also taken advantage of some of the techniques himself. He exercises five days a week, follows a strict low-fat diet that with fruits, vegetables and wild salmon but no white flour or red meat. He also uses supplements ranging from thiamin and biotin to DHEA, DMAE, colostrums, argentine, carnitine and omega-3 fatty acids ? these amount to over 50 pills daily, and he is 64 but looks to be in his 50?s

In 1994, the annual Las Vegas meeting of the brand new American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine was held in a small hotel in Vegas. It took place in a tent-like structure on the pool patio. In Dec, 2008, at the 15th annual meeting of said organization, roughly 2,000 people, including business owners, anti-aging promoters and hundreds of doctors ? from several fields of medicine ? filled a huge meeting space inside the Venetian.

There are now patients from around the country buying in. A 57-year-old Charleston, S.C., real estate agent saw an anti-aging doctor for the first in December when she sought help for joint pain, insomnia and lack of energy. She said that she knew something was going on but testing she had received did not show anything. She knew she had symptoms, but doctors kept telling her nothing was wrong but she knew different.

Patients generally see their anti-aging doctors a lot more often than the regular doctors. The reason is, in addition to checking on weight and body fat and general health; the docs are constantly monitoring a large range of sometimes esoteric health indicators with a battery of medical tests, including urinalysis and blood work. Checking levels of everything from testosterone and estrogen to follicle stimulating hormone and a natural steroid known as DHEA. With the results of all these tests, the doctors may then recommend drugs, hormones, supplements and special diets and fitness regimens ? and then see the patient again in several weeks or months for follow up.

?I am as mainstream as you can get. I am 59 years old, board certified in ob-gyn, as was my father. If you had come to me five, six years ago and talked about anti-aging, I would have said, ?Hogwash!?? says Dr. Andrew Jurow, an ob-gyn in Burlingame, Calif, says he is now a devotee also.

Across the UK there are millions of people who would love to change their outlook on life, to feel in optimum physical and mental health and to benefit from all that brings, but they simply do not know where to start.

For those who are struggling with obesity, for example, tackling their problem through accessing the best information out there so that they can lose weight correctly and safely is something they know they must do, but they are unsure where to look online. Or they may feel so self-conscious about their appearance that walking into a crowded gym for an induction with a personal trainer is simply too difficult to face.

This is where you can help! By sharing your knowledge of how to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle which combines a nutritious, balanced diet with regular exercise you can set another person on the right path towards overcoming their problems and embracing life to the full in a bright, positive and optimistic way. This article will teach you ways to do all that and more!

In this article:

Why should I help others to get fit and healthy?

Can I really help others to get fit, lose weight and feel great?

What else can I do?

What about mental health? Shouldn't I leave that to the professionals?!

What else can I do to help others?

Summary & Suggestions for further learning through this website

Why should I help others to get fit and healthy?
Maintaining a health & fitness routine can help you to feel better physically and mentally, lose weight, sleep better, have more energy, change your overall outlook, and more…

By sharing your knowledge of how to combine a nutritious diet with regular exercise with others, you could help them to change their lives forever – in a positive way. In fact, you could actually protect them from developing a serious, life-threatening illness.

Think of where you were before you embarked upon your own health & fitness journey. Would the advice and guidance of someone who knew exactly what they were talking about have been invaluable? Would it have saved you months or even years of trial and error? Would it have protected you from sustaining that injury which put you out of the gym for weeks on end? And would it have helped you to believe that reaching health & fitness goals and milestones is possible, if you can just stick to your health & fitness plan, ignore the discouraging words of inevitable detractors, and reinforce that time-honoured but very true expression that like life, transforming your entire personal outlook though living better and feeling better is a marathon not a sprint?

Of course it would! And that is why sharing your knowledge of how to go about adopting a healthier lifestyle would be such a gift to give others.

Let's look now at approaches and techniques you could adopt for doing that.

Can I really help others to get fit, lose weight and feel great?
The motivation and core desire to live better and feel better through adopting a healthier lifestyle has to come from within the person themselves. That said, all of us are only human and there are times when maintaining a health & fitness regime can feel too hard. We hit a wall, and try as we might, our minds can't seem to get over it. That's where a few encouraging words from another person can be invaluable.

You could help your exercise buddy to stay motivated by sharing your experiences of getting over the wall that your own mind put up when you found keeping going was the last thing you felt like doing as you worked towards reaching each of your health & fitness journey goals and milestones. How did you find the mental strength to carry on? What did you tell yourself, and/or equally importantly, what did others tell you? A few words of encouragement from another person when the going gets tough can be all it takes to get over that wall in the mind. And also being reminded of how far you've come and how much you have already achieved can make all the difference.

What else can I do?
You could also introduce others to the health & fitness tools and calculators. If their progress towards feeling better through combining a balanced diet with regular exercise is measurable, then they will be more likely to maintain their resolve to keep up their tailored health & fitness regime. Why? Because they will have concrete evidence that those pounds are slowly falling off, and that their heart-rate and other aspects of their cardiovascular health are improving as their fitness levels rise.

They will also be able to monitor things such as their protein and carbohydrate intakes – putting them in greater control of their diet. And they will also know when they can ‘slot in' the odd treat from time to time, such as a delicious cake and latte with friends in their favourite coffee shop, a cool glass of wine once the kids have gone to bed, or a lovely plate of fish and chips on a Friday night at the end of another working week…

In short, the health & fitness tools and calculators available here at the Chemist Online Health & Fitness Centre will put your exercise buddies in control of their health, rather than their health being in control of them.

Those tools and calculators include:

Blood glucose tracker

Fertility checker

Protein calculator

BMI indicator tool

Fibre calculator

Smoking and life expectancy

BMR calculator

Heart attack risk checker

Stroke risk checker

And more…

What about mental health? Shouldn't I leave that to the professionals?!
Yes. Because you are empowered with invaluable knowledge relating to the link between maintaining a healthy lifestyle and improved mental health, that does not mean you have become a qualified clinical psychologist or counsellor overnight! That said, by explaining to others how improved physical health can promote improved mental health, you could help them to protect themselves from developing mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. You could also help them to reduce stress and to change their outlook on life for the better.

Let's summarise now and then look at suggestions for further learning through this website.

What would be a good starting point for making new friends through health & fitness?
Make the decision to get fit and healthy. Don't put it off any longer. Through making the decision, you have taken a massive leap forward towards taking control of your health both now and in the long term. As we explained in the opening paragraphs of this article, choosing to get fit and healthy and taking your life in a new direction as a result can open up new doors, possibilities and opportunities, with making new friends being one of the most exciting pluses!

How can getting fit and losing weight help?
Adopting a healthier lifestyle can help you to feel better both physically and mentally:

Lose weight
Boost your self-confidence
Increase your self-esteem
Change your outlook for the better
Have more energy
Sleep better
And more…

Through feeling better about the way you look and feel, and through radiating self-confidence and optimism to others, this will make you a person that others wish to know.

Also, as you enjoy your three gym sessions per week, or your afternoons at the swimming club, or your 2-nights' per week football training, etc., you will be amongst like-minded people who are also striving to change themselves and their lives for the better. You will share a common bond.

Let's look now at how you can learn even more about health & fitness – and maybe even fine-tune your own health & fitness plan – through sharing strategies with others.

How can I share my health & fitness strategies with others?
By sharing your knowledge and experiences (so far) of health & fitness, you could save others years of wasted trial and error. Maybe your fitness buddy, football team-mates, fellow nature-walkers or badminton partner are keen to get stuck in, but are at serious risk of injury through failing to warm up properly. Why not use just a little of your exercise time to share your warm-up routine exercise techniques with them? By doing so you could protect them from having to give up on exercising regularly for a long time.

Also, if you have found that your diet combined with your chosen exercise activity works particularly well when it comes to losing weight or improving mental health, by sharing this knowledge you could transform another's life.

And what about when it comes to setting goals and reaching milestones on your specifically tailored health & fitness journey? You know that a pre-planned, goal-orientated health & fitness approach works a treat when it comes to feeling better both physically and mentally, but perhaps others are training in a random, almost haphazard way, simply because it has never been explained to them that by following a carefully designed roadmap towards achieving optimum physical and mental health, they will find the entire process so much easier. Also, their own health & fitness progress can be trackable and measureable through them utilising a whole range of health & fitness tools which you already use and benefit from.

These are just some of the ways in which you can share your strategies with others. What's more, being generous with your knowledge will not only help to consolidate your own learning, but it could also lead you to discovering new ideas and techniques through the sharing process – where personal development can be wonderfully inherent.

And, of course, you could benefit enormously by others sharing their strategies with you.

Staying on the subject of how you can benefit by helping others, let's look now at other ways in which this could occur as you work hard towards achieving your own health & fitness goals.

How can others help me?
So many people who make the decision to adopt a healthier lifestyle find that this can be met with resistance from those around them. Close family members, friends and even work colleagues can put a cynical slant on it all and make you feel that you are mad to even try, and that you shouldn't bother because you will never keep it up. In all walks of life, there will always be detractors…

The best thing you can do is to draw on and remained motivated by the encouragement of supportive people, but try not to make your decision to get fit and healthy common knowledge. This could leave you wide open to others around you basically ‘monitoring' your progress by asking you questions, such as: ‘How much weight have you lost?', ‘How many miles did you run today?', ‘How many lengths of the pool did you do?', ‘What did you eat today?', ‘Have you had a chocolate bar this week?', and so on and so on… This can obviously become intensely irritating and can feel to you as though you have actually lost control of your health & fitness plan and that others are driving it, not you.

As well as adopting a healthier lifestyle, what else can I do?

Lots of things:

Join a club
Get involved at your local church
Do some volunteering
Initiate a get together with your existing friends – they may bring someone along who you could get to know and become friends with yourself
Be a good listener. Don't dominate and/or continually interrupt others. Allow them to finish their sentences and their points.
Maintain your friendships with your old friends, even if you find exciting new ones. If others see that you take care of your existing friendships, then this will be a pointer to them as regards to the type of person you are, and how you are likely to treat them as friends once you're ‘connected'.
Above all, be reliable. If you forge a reputation as being someone that others can rely upon and trust, they will want to be friends with you, too.

Finally, and before we summarise and look at suggestions for further learning through this website, let's now consider how you can help others to make friends and share strategies.

How can I help others?
Share your knowledge. You could actually transform someone's life through doing so. A family member, friend or work associate… Explain to them how adopting a healthy lifestyle has opened up new doors for you and that there is no reason at all why they should not benefit in the same way if they choose to make health & fitness a core part of their life. You never know, you might even become exercise buddies.

Also, tell others about the Chemist Online Health & Fitness Centre! The wealth of useful and up-to-the-minute information available here is changing people's lives every day – for the better.

Let's summarise now and then look at some suggestions for further learning through this website.

Summary
Through reading this article in Zone 1 of the Centre you have discovered that by adopting a healthier lifestyle which combines a balanced diet with regular exercise, a whole new world can open up to you, one where you could make new friends – exercise buddies with whom you could share strategies. For many people, this is an unexpected added bonus of making health & fitness a core part of their everyday life. This will help you to reach your health & fitness goals and milestones more easily, and you will also gain the satisfaction of seeing your shared knowledge of health & fitness strategies enhance the lives of others.

How can we help others?

Summary & Suggestions for further learning through this website

If my partner and I adopt a healthy lifestyle, what are the benefits?
Adopting a healthier lifestyle which combines a nutritious, balanced diet with regular exercise has so many benefits it would be impossible to list them all here! What we can tell you is that getting fit and healthy as a couple can help you and your partner to:

Feel great physically and mentally

Lose weight

Make new friends with whom you could share strategies

Protect your health both now and in the long term

Change your outlook for the better

Enjoy boosted self-confidence and increased self-esteem

And more…

Also, so many couples also tell of the gradual and satisfying deepening they experience in their relationship through embarking upon a new health drive together. They also speak of the great fun they have along the way as they strive towards reaching each milestone on their shared health & fitness odyssey. In fact, getting fit and healthy as a couple can feel like a job halved and actually turn out to be the best thing you've ever done.

For women, maintaining a pre-planned specifically tailored health & fitness routine can help to improve your chances of becoming pregnant, strengthen your pelvic floor, get that flat tummy you've always wanted (by dieting and exercising in a sensible, controlled way), and more…

For men, getting fit and healthy can also help you in the realm of fertility, give you more energy when playing in the garden with the kids, protect your prostate for the long run (keeping diseases such as  cancer at bay), and you can work towards losing that beer belly and getting the six-pack you've always dreamed of.

Through following the invaluable advice and guidance available here through the Chemist Online Health & Fitness Centre, thousands of couples across the UK are enjoying all the aforementioned benefits and more.

What are the risks of not taking care of our health?
The human body is as an organism made up of millions of cells and several interconnecting systems (muscular, skeletal, respiratory, etc.). In order for the body to function properly and well, adopting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key.

The importance of maintaining a healthy heart, lung, liver and kidneys, as well as looking after your bones and muscles, and even your blood itself, cannot be stressed enough if you both wish to live a healthy life to the full and protect yourselves from developing a whole range of health conditions and even life-threatening diseases both now and in the long term.

This does not only mean within the realm of physical health: You can both also be proactive when it comes to protecting yourselves from developing mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety and stress.

What would be a good starting point for us when it comes to embracing health & fitness?
Make the decision to do so. Don't put it of until tomorrow, next week, next month or even next year, take action now, before it's too late.

If you smoke, begin the process of trying to stop

Reduce your alcohol consumption levels

Keep your salt intake to a minimum

Try to avoid stress as much as possible (this can lead to long term conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases)

How can getting fit help?
For both men and women, maintaining a regular exercise routine (combined with a balanced, nutritious diet) will help enormously when it comes to keeping your cardiovascular system functioning properly and well. Your heart will receive blood in sufficient quantities and your blood vessels will not become blocked up with fatty deposits due to high cholesterol, etc.

If you are obese through over-eating and lack of exercise, a whole host of medical problems and symptoms can develop, such as:

High blood pressure

Infertility

Aching joints

Osteoarthritis

Gallstones

Sleeping problems

Snoring

Excessive sweating

Fatigue

Lethargy

An inability to manage tasks and/or activities which require physical activity in sudden bursts

By exercising regularly as a couple, you can avoid all this and enjoy living a healthy, happy life instead.

How can weight-loss help us?
Put simply, being overweight is generally caused by eating too many calories (fatty foods, sugary drinks…) and not exercising enough to burn them off. By eating correctly, shedding those pounds and working towards becoming your ‘correct' weight, both of you can prevent the development of illness and disease now and also in the long term. Also, if you are unfortunate and fall ill through contracting a contagious condition, or break a limb due to an accident of some sort, being slim and otherwise in good health can help accelerate your recovery process.

Childhood obesity in the UK is also a major concern. So many children are being fed the wrong foods and getting little or no any exercise at all. As a result the British Government has launched a major drive to curb overeating (and the eating of the wrong foods) by children and teenagers across the country.

As parents, by getting fit and healthy as a couple you are giving your children the right impression, instilling in them the importance of taking care of one's health at all times.

Note: Although most cases of obesity are due to the aforementioned causes, it is also important to point out that for some people, obesity may be due to:

Medical reasons, such as excessive production of steroid hormones in the body, under-active thyroid, metabolic syndrome and familial obesity

Certain medications, such as antidepressants, steroids and blood pressure drugs

As well as adopting a healthier lifestyle, what else can we do?
Many couples enjoy their own company and so feel little need to widen their social circle, take up new hobbies and interests (in the hope of making new friends), or even to go out at all in the evenings after a hard day at work. However, couples everywhere who use the Chemist Online Health & Fitness Centre often thank us for helping to enhance their relationship even more by suggesting ways (outside the health & fitness sphere) in which they can become much more active socially, meet new people (both singles and couples), and generally live life in a fuller way. There are so many things you can do as a couple to achieve this:

Do some volunteering

Join a club

Get involved at your local church

Initiate a get together with your existing friends – they may bring people along who you could both get to know and become friends with yourselves

Or about how we have a tendency to can get to the gym once we have nobody to look at the kids. OR.. The actual fact that exercising in bite sized chunks for just 10 minutes on a daily basis, removes one of the main barriers to exercise of...lack of your time! Let's have a have a look at some of the opposite barriers we have a tendency to will squash here!

?              Barrier 1: The exercises you'll be able to use to urge the full body working at an adequate intensity level do not want to be done in a very gym... you'll do it at home, in the garden, within the park.. no want to spend extra money.

?              Barrier a pair of: Lack of money. The equipment you use... is essentially your own body, to start with, then you can use... water bottles (crammed), rucksacks (containing books) anything you have got around the house.. which once more means no further cash to be spent!

?              Barrier three: Lack of motivation. You simply have to work for ten minutes at a moderately high intensity... Therefore you do not have to push yourself for an hour at a time. How several people are unable to keep up focus and keep themselves moving for just ten minutes!

With this kind of routine... you begin to feel results fast.. because you are using your whole body to urge moving... simply a very little bit at a time. You will not drop a dress size in the first week but you WILL start to feel your muscles fizzing with energy and your whole body and mental focus improve, really, quite quickly. Surely beginning to feel the advantages of very little bite sized chunks of your time spent on your fitness and health can facilitate to stay you motivated.

Over time you'll start to feel the effects in your energy levels, body shape, mental focus and after all your fat loss.. but all of this after all has got to be brought together with being mindful of what you eat... i.e keeping a good clean diet, free of toxins and additives and being attentive to, and operating towards clearing any negative thought patterns you have got that forestall you from reaching your goals.

So...Bite sized chunks of exercise should be the way forward for all people who are getting to be healthier and fitter, without having to devote valuable work or family time to the cause!

Plus if you are really aiming to improve your lifestyle, get the full family involved! Take your bite sized chunks in the garden, to the park, incorporate it as part of the dog walk. The key is to make it a way of life selection instead of a chore and you may reap the rewards of your efforts! Currently is that motivating, or what?
